My ATT Mobile account is ***-***-****. My wife is on that account with ***-*** ****. We have damage insurance on these phones. Her phone was damaged and in February we requested a new phone using the insurance at the local ATT store. There was an additional charge which we paid. The new phone came in the mail and we returned the old one in the box provided using the local Postal Annex store. A month later ATT billed us $*** for the phone indicating they had not received it. I called and the charge was removed but reappeared a month later. I have made many phone calls and a couple of trips to the local ATT store to get this fixed to no avail. The Asurian Tracking Number is ************************. The ATT claim number is *************. **We have been loyal ATT Customers (land line, * cell phones, internet and TV) for over ** years. We have auto pay for this account. What I want is to have the erroneous $*** charge returned to my account. If that does not happen we will definitely consider other options!
