I had talked with a representative when I had lost power to my phone, tv and internet for a day and a half and I was supposed to get a credit on my bill. Well My bill arrived and there is no credit. Please make the adjustment and let me know what the new bill amount will be. Thank you.

GetHuman-rfmjam did not yet indicate what Cox Communications should do to make this right.
