I applied for a Credit card. It was approved, but the card was sent to a wrong (old) address.**Since I don't have any other account with BoA, I don't have an account number or any other information to give, and the robot doesn't know what to do with me. If I could speak to an actual human being, they would probably be able to resolve the issue fairly easily.
