The issue in GetHuman-zerogame's own words
Paid for an in-game currency that I did not receive after paying for it. Bought something through said game and through Xbox’s payment system, received an error message saying “something happened on our end, waiting a bit might help”, I pressed cancel to cancel the transaction after seeing this but I still got charged and received nothing.
Since it was an in-game currency for a game that isn’t Xbox owned, the only thing I can see Xbox doing is refunding my purchase since I never received the product I paid for after an error “on their end.”
