You guys charged me full amounts for movies that I returned back as they were a little behind but you guys also Charged my card late fees on top of the full amount price of the movies and reason why they were late turned back in is because I was in the hospital with my son in regards to a medical condition I need this fixed asap this has been an issue in the past and for that reason I stopped renting from red box because of the mix up on your end and now I decide to try and rent again u guys charged double
