I had a guest Book my home about a week ago. I was concerned about the guests’ validity, and called your company to make sure it was legitimate. The agent reassured me that they would be no problem and everything checked out. The guest stole $**** worth of electronics from my home along with linens. I’m just curious how you are going to rectify the situation. I am only entitled to the $*** damage deposit. If I don’t get an acceptable solution I will have to remove all four of my listings.
