I have not received my order from the delivery person, yet the app shows it as Delivered. This situation is highly unfair. As a nurse facing a busy schedule, it is frustrating that not only was the delivery person late but also incorrectly reported the delivery. I am currently famished and unable to leave my work to retrieve the order as I have patients to attend to. I am requesting the delivery person to return with my food promptly and provide a complimentary meal considering the inconvenience. My order was from Riyasat Sweets and Restaurant, and upon contacting the restaurant, they confirmed that the order was collected.

Hello, I need assistance with an app error. Recently, I tried to order from your Ballygomartin branch but encountered an issue. After reaching the payment stage, I received a message stating that the order couldn't be processed or delivered at that moment. Despite this, my bank shows a pending transaction of £13.46 which has already been deducted from my account. I am curious to know if I will receive a reimbursement for this amount or if the pending transaction will be cancelled from your end.

I made an order on 30/11/22, but received many incorrect items. After sending pictures, I was informed that a refund would be issued. However, upon checking the app today, I noticed the order shows different payment details and delivery address. This situation means I won't receive the refund; it will go to someone else. I am still waiting for my refund to be processed.

Hello. I placed my grocery order via Uber Eats on Friday, November 25th. I paid over 40 pounds, but unfortunately, my groceries were not delivered. The driver didn't attempt to contact me or deliver my food. I left a note on the order requesting a call if there were any issues finding my house. I have reached out to Uber Eats Customer Service with six messages daily, but I haven't received a response in six days. I even have screenshots to share. I placed an order on Uber Eats last Monday, and unfortunately, some items were missing from my delivery. When I called McDonald's to address the issue, a staff member was extremely rude and even hung up on me. I then reported the missing items to Uber Eats, and I was only refunded £5.19. This is unacceptable considering my order total was £43. I am very displeased with the poor customer service and the inadequate refund amount given the circumstances.

I ordered food on my way home, and the delivery arrived before me. When instructing my driver to leave the food at my door, they requested my code over the phone. Unfortunately, after providing the code, the driver, Gagandeep, took off with my food. This incident has shaken my trust in the application and Uber Eats' hiring processes. I placed an order for groceries tonight and encountered an unusual issue during the delivery. The driver, Mat, sent a rapid picture message that disappeared quickly on my phone, indicating he was at the entrance. Despite this, he didn't contact me through the intercom or phone, so I went downstairs due to my arthritis that makes it hard for me to move. I waited outside for a few minutes in the cold and then tried calling him, but received no response. I haven't received any updates, and the Co-op in Fleet isn't answering my calls. My bank account shows a charge of around £62 for the order. I just received the receipt showing the payment was completed after I tried to communicate that the delivery wasn't successful. My McDonald's order was not delivered. The delivery person drove past my house, didn't stop, and then left after a minute. This has happened multiple times now, and it's really frustrating! When I contacted customer service, they instructed me to call a specific number for a refund. I followed their instructions and was told that another department would reach out to me within 24 hours. However, it has been over 48 hours, and I have not heard from anyone yet.

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my recent order. It arrived cold, missing fries, and without the sauces I requested. After being stuck in an accident on the M25 for four hours with my two children, coming home to this experience was traumatic. This is the second time I've ordered from you and had this issue. I previously complained about a similar problem, but this time, I am requesting a refund. I am seeking a refund for an order I placed on Nov 29th with Sauce. The order had multiple issues - one pizza was burnt and had hair on it, the cannoli was stale, another pizza lacked sauce and was dry, and the pasta dish contained the incorrect pasta with meatballs causing stomach problems. I attempted to address this with a standard complaint but was told they would not refund me for the poor-quality food. The restaurant also refused a refund since my call was not placed on the same day as the order. Despite my health concerns, they declined my request. I ordered a KFC meal with several items, but received a much smaller portion than expected. I ordered a "Menu Cubo Otaku" which should have come with 11 chicken strips, 2 mashed potatoes, and 2 Pepsi drinks, as well as 6 chicken wings. Unfortunately, I only received 5 chicken strips, 1 mashed potato, 1 Pepsi, and 1 order of French fries. I tried using the app to request a refund, but it was unsuccessful. I paid over 30 euros for my order, but the portion size was not what I expected.

I recently attempted to apply as a delivery driver for Uber Eats, but mistakenly used my wife's information during the sign-up process. Consequently, after a background check revealed her suspended license, Uber Eats rejected her application. Since we share the same phone number and email address, I am unable to complete my own application due to the existence of her account. I placed an order with The Sweet Life in Wrexham. The app stated that the store closes at 11pm, so I ordered just before 10pm. The delivery was supposed to arrive between 10:25-10:45pm, but it never showed up. I didn't receive any communication attempts and when I tried to call the restaurant through the app, there was no answer. By 10:45pm, I checked online and saw that they were closed. My brother has been repeatedly ordering from McDonald's through Uber Eats and then fake crying on the phone with customer service to get refunds. This has happened about three times now, with each order totaling $30 or more. His name is Zach J., or Zach James, and he is a 13-year-old middle school student, which means he is not old enough to place orders. I would like his account to be banned or for all his Uber Cash and promotions to be revoked to stop this behavior.

I attempted to place a McDonald's order through your app but received an error message stating, "something went wrong," causing the order not to go through. Upon trying again, I placed a new order and both appeared in my cart. My girlfriend reached out to customer service via the app, and despite being advised to accept the initial order by your driver with assurances you could help, we were informed we could not receive a refund due to accepting the order. Now, I find myself burdened with $70 worth of food that I no longer have an appetite for due to the frustration and confusion. Tonight's experience has discouraged a loyal customer like me.

I have brought up my concerns with Uber numerous times regarding the consistent issues I have faced. I am beginning to lose patience with the services being provided by Uber's partners. Over the past 4-5 years, about 90% of my orders have been incorrect in some manner, despite receiving refunds for most of my complaints. Lately, every single one of my orders has been inaccurate. Today, my order was missing a bottle of vodka, a bottle of coke, and a bottle of orange juice. Unfortunately, the Uber app was slow and unresponsive, preventing me from reporting the issue. I suspect the driver may have taken my missing items. I am frustrated that I am unable to seek a refund due to app issues. I urge Uber to address this matter promptly and refund me for my order.

Despite contacting Uber Eats for assistance and explaining the situation, they have refused to provide a refund. Our delivery was not completed as the driver, Pricilla, delivered to the wrong address and displayed unprofessional behavior on the phone. We attempted to resolve the issue but were unable to reach a satisfactory conclusion. We requested to speak with a manager, but were directed to handle the matter through the app. We are disappointed with the service we received and would like a refund of the tip provided.

Good evening, I just completed a delivery that was returned to me without payment because the beverage provided by the seller spilled on the food, making it unsuitable for delivery. I am requesting reimbursement of the €9 that I did not receive. I attempted to report missing items on the app, but I was unable to input all the missing items. My name is J. Kelly, and the order number is 422B. Although they refunded $5, I did not receive the two large drinks and an onion ring from my order at Harveys. The onion ring was meant for my son's meal, so I had to give him my burger, leaving me with no food. This situation is quite frustrating. It defeats the purpose of ordering food if I have to prepare something else. A combo without a drink is truly disappointing.
