Hi JetBlue. I chose JetBlue because there are TVs on the seats .... period. I was so excited, especially because my ** year old Dad who hadn't flown in a decade was going to be able to utilize the TV and I built up JetBlue's brand up .... only to be disappointed that TVs were not working on my flight. The flight attendant said we would all be getting vouchers. I would like to know when and how much. I would like to be considered for a voucher. This is JetBlue's opportunity to redeem themselves. (Flight **** May **) . Prices have risen w JetBlue over the last year and now this problem has arisen. My confidence is being shaken for JetBlue when I used to feel it was the premium carrier. My name is Kimberly Reichert and my father is Jarvis Mills. It's a bit embarrassing to have built your brand up so much and then go thru the frustration of a TV-less flying experience.
