To whom it may concern:*My recent trip with JetBlue on December **th, **** was the worst nightmare that someone can ever experience. I was supposed to flight at *:**pm from NY JFK to Fort Myers FL RSW, it was delayed from **mns, **mns to hours with no apparent reasons to finally boarded the plane at **:**pm with no apologies and why the delay was about. When arrived at destination around *:** am, I missed my ride because no one in the right mind would waste their time waiting in vain, and the worst, I didn't even have enough money for a taxi nor a hotel room because it was unexpected.*I had to stay at the airport waiting till the morning daylight for someone to pick me up. It was the second time that I experienced such issue with JetBlue. I didn't bother to say anything the first time because things can happen* however, I guess this is the way to be dealing with it with such a big company.*I was so sickened by the lack of professionalism of the carrier toward the passengers. No one had the audacity to even offer a bottle of water to us with the magic word "sorry”. Eventually, I had a smooth, safe flight with the pilots and the crew in the plane were very kind tried their best to accommodate everyone despite all. I think something needs to be done to improve the services, because it's not fair and not acceptable to endure such a treatment when choosing JetBlue among other carriers and the money that I work hard for.
