I was just at Walmart and applied for a new iPhone ** pro max. They run my credit and all my information and said I was approved bit needed to oay a $*** deposit and activation fee. I agreed and when they lady at cash register scared the ohone you guys AT&T froze the account and said I needed to go to another store and verify my identity across the street from Walmart in cody wyoming. I did and come back and they ran it again and you guys lied amd said it was good until we tried to oay for phone. This is very poor customer service when I set there for over * hours trying to purchase a ohone with you guys and pay for it. This is horrible because I really needed to get this ohone for work and you guys stressed me out so bad it give me an anxiety attack so bad I couldn't even drive for over a hour. My number is ***-***-**** and when I wake up im going to my lawyer because you guys ran my credit * times and still did not come through with what you said you would do.
