If you don't have access to your recovery phone, you can try to recover your Google account by using an alternative recovery method, such as your recovery email or answering security questions. To recover lost emails in your Gmail folders, first check the Trash and Spam folders, as emails that are deleted or marked as spam might still be there. You can access these folders from the left sidebar of your Gmail. If the emails are not in Trash or Spam, you can try using the search bar and looking for specific keywords or dates to find your emails. Additionally, if you suspect the emails were accidentally deleted, you can use Gmail's Recovery tool to attempt recovery.

To change your password recovery email in Gmail, go to your Google Account settings. Under the "Security" section, locate "Ways we can verify it's you." Click on "Recovery email" to edit it. Enter your new recovery email and follow the prompts to verify it. Make sure you have access to the new email to complete the verification process.

To resolve the issue, ensure your deleted emails are permanently removed from your Trash folder, as they still count toward your storage limit until then.
