I have been trying to cancel my subscription since the begging, you can see I haven't used the app. I tried one day and didn't like it. I have emailed you so many times, I can't do it on the app. I got an attempt of ** pounds payment but it didn't go through because I didn't have money in the account. Stop trying take my money I have already enough struggles. I haven't used the app. Just want my money back subscription cancellation and close account and never try take money again from my account
