My Account has been Frozen for * days with No Explanation or Communication from your Bank as to Why or What is going on!! I NEED access to My Money Immediately

I deposited a Bank Draft from Carmax on ******* the draft was held in my Acct foor * days until the *th when it was Cleared for Withdrawl ..the morning of the *th I went to transfer some of the cash f but cud not log in to my Acct. I contacted TDA to ask what was going on and all I was told was my Acct had been frozen due to a Fraud Investigation and that was All they cud tell me!! Now * days Later I have Not recieved a call *email or with Any explanation as to Y my Acct was frozen!! This is All the $$ I have and I have been Waiting for this $$ for * days...i Need An Explanation ASAP as to Y MY $$ is Being Held by ut bank

I have been using TDA for * years now and traded stocks transfered $$ in and Out of Accra without incident until Now
Ive called Numerous Times and Spoke with Numerois Prople Only to get the Run around anf Tolf Nothing More then thete is Nothing they can do and i just need to Wait for Someone to Contact Me!! This is NOT Acceptable
