I called on Monday ******* spoke with Rep name Daniel. I told him I was calling because I was in my account trying to make arrangements for past due balance and it was not allowing me passed the ******. I needed the ******. He said he would ask the team lead(Alonzo) he came back and said he could not help me then I asked can I pay something toward it now, he said no I had to pay the full ***.** on or before ******. But now they disconnected my service today
GetHuman-lsualumn did not yet indicate what DirecTV should do to make this right.
