Bought guitar from DH gate $***,charged twice additional $*** then attempted contact with customer service, redirected to unrelated company,bank sent email, no response,dhgate sent email today saying being delivered. I'm hopeful but not confident,time will tell but how much? Dhgate took payments from me,paid vendor kept overcharges and remains elusive and unreachable. If I do ever get this resolved it will be the last business I ever do with DHGATE . By the way I did find out they're based in the Cayman Islands that additionally kind of leaves me wondering what will happen next
