I flewYOW-YUL-CMN on AC **** and *** on * November **** and my return flights were on ** November. When I booked this Business Class flight I was advised the partition between seats *G and *D that I occupied slid down in order to facilitate conversation between myself and my partner. But this was not the case on both the outgoing and return flights resulting in a great deal of convenience to us. Is there any explanation for why one is given one set of facts while booking flights only to find that they do not add up when one actually boards the flight? Perhaps AC can issue discount vouchers for future AC flights to compensate for the inconvenience caused on a long haul (YUL-CMN-YUL) flights .
