To cancel your ScentBird subscription, log into your account on the ScentBird website, navigate to the "Account" section, and select "Manage Subscription." Follow the prompts to cancel your subscription. Be sure to do this before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged again.

If your tracking number indicates that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, we recommend checking with your neighbors or nearby locations where it might have been left. Sometimes packages are delivered to a safe place or to a different address nearby. If you're still unable to locate it, there is a link to the most up-to-date contact information right here on this page to report the issue.

To cancel a processing order in your queue, go to your account on the ScentBird website. Find the “Orders” section, locate the order you wish to cancel, and select the cancellation option. Please note that orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. Make sure to cancel before the order transitions to the shipping stage.

To stop your order for next month, you can manage your subscription through your account settings. There, you can pause or cancel your subscription as needed.

Emailed gift cards are typically sent shortly after the purchase is completed. However, please allow some time for processing, as it may vary depending on the payment method used and other factors. If it takes longer than expected, check your spam or junk folder in your email.
