I tried booking a reservation twice yesterday and I received message that it had been declined and to reach out to my bank. I spoke to my bank both times multiple levels and was told that VRBO had contacted them to verify address, but did not run a transaction thru. Our account sufficient funds and there is no hold on it. The travel insurance charge and the damage insurance charge went thru. I tried booking the reservation again just now and also added the travel and damage insurance once again as I want that coverage for this reservation. I'm waiting to see if goes thru today. I was on hold with VRBO for over an hour and no one came on the line. I need a refund of the travel & damage insurance from yesterday's declined reservation. Please help.
