I want a full refund of my initial deposit. ... Nicole from VRBO claims they sent my refund for my canceled reservation on ** June ****. There is no record of that on my credit card. I paid my initial depost on * December. VRBO wants a screen shot of my credit card statements from * December **** to ** July ****. VRBO has no need to see how I use my credit card over a period of * months!!! Apparently my complaint has been sent to the Production Team under Case Number ********. I asked when I would receive a response. Answer? As soon as possible, but Nicole would not say whether that is days, months, or years. I am hesitant to ever use VRBO again. I have also contacted the owner of the property, but have received zero response.
This is frustrating because I canceled this reservation a full month before the cancelation date that ensures a full refund of my initial deposit.
VRBO can make this right by posting my refund to my credit card.
