Talked to someone out of the country when ordering and they did not apply the correct coupon * deal. I was charge $** when I was expecting the $*.** * or more deal which would have come out to $**. I’d like to be refunded for the over charge. I was on the phone for ** mins repeating myself because whoever was on the other line couldn’t understand me. Very poor customer service.
