Comet* un error al responder las preguntas de autenticaci*n, ya que me preguntaron como me llaman y en las opciones de respuesta no estaba mi primer nombre (Jimmy) sino el segundo (Alexander) y respond* ninguna de las anteriores porque pens* que si colocaba mi segundo nombre iba a tener problemas al momento de verificar mis datos personales. Mi primer nombre es Jimmy y el segundo Alexander***De igual manera sucedi* cuando me preguntaron la direcci*n donde resido *Y me preguntaron la direccion donde me encuentro actualmente y coloque ninguna de las anteriores. Pues actualmente vivo en Tampa , y una de las opciones me indicaba la direcci*n donde viv* anteriormente que fue Luxbury Loop Orlando . Coloque ninguna de las anteriores porque actualmente vivo en Tampa. Necesito que me ayuden para poder actualizar mis datos en la plataforma y poder responder y autentificar mis datos de forma correcta y actualizada**I made a mistake when answering the authentication questions, since they asked me what they call me and in the answer options was not my first name (Jimmy) but the second name (Alexander) and I answered none of the above because I thought that if I placed my middle name I would have problems when verifying my personal data. My first name is Jimmy and the second name is Alexander**The same thing happened when I was asked for the address where I live.**And they asked me the address where I am currently and I placed none of the above. Well, I currently live in Tampa, and one of the options indicated the address where I lived before was Luxbury Loop Orlando. Place none of the above because I currently live in Tampa.
