Flight Number, Ticket Number, Email on Reservation, Phone Number on Reservation, Name of Passenger(s), Home Address, and Date of Birth
The issue in GetHuman-davetta's own words
I paid for the check bag fee when I checked in and I thought the receipt would be emailed to me. The trip was last week and still no receipt.
