Defrost and eat them ... In August I purchased for the first time frozen cod fillets. I have used * files. * for each occassion. Each time I weighed the product in frozen condition and after it was completely defrosted. The loss of weight was in both cases almost **%. Now, I do understand that frozen products retain some moisture. But **%?! *How I want it fixed?
