Train ** was * hours late getting into Durham.NC July *,****..I had a ticket for business class..When we finally boarded..I.had to figure out which car to get on..They pulled up the steps as I was standing at the door.Train personnel told me to go to another door..Finally able to board.The train person said sorry didnt know I had anyone coming..Seriously you dont know how many people boarding?At the stop for.salisbury NC ..I decided to go to cafe car.*Which was closed...Should they.not let you know.when.closing?...So..* hours late..Rude personnel.who would have left me standing I'm sure of that..Then cafe car closes..sorry but this is not the Amtrak I'm used to..I need a refund or.partial reimbursement..oh then I will.be getting out at Charlotte.NC station after midnite...sorry I need some.answers
