To get your Apple Account reinstated, first, visit iforgot.apple.com and follow the instructions to reset your password. If this does not work, you might need to contact Apple Support. Once your account is reactivated, you can access Apple Music by heading to the Music app on your device, or visiting the Apple Music website. Log in using your Apple ID and you should be able to access your music and playlists as before. Please note, if your account was disabled due to a violation of terms and conditions, reinstatement may not be possible, and a new account may need to be created.
