You can check the status of your AT&T Business repair work order online. Visit AT&T’s BusinessDirect website and sign in to your account. Navigate to "Manage and Support" section, then select "Repair." You'll then get a list of your open repair tickets. Select the one you're interested in to view its current status. If you don't see your repair ticket there or have issues logging in, call AT&T Business customer service for assistance. Remember to have your work order number ready to facilitate the process.
