My husband died on September *rd. I have been trying to cancel the contract he has with vodafone. he has had this contract for a lot of years. I contacted customer care and spoke to a gentleman called Dipender. He said if we lost contact that he would sms text. I told him that was not possible as I have not got a signal where I live. He was then going to pass me onto someone regarding the signal.*All I want to do is cancel a contract that my deceased husband can no longer use, but I am still paying the bill for.*Please can you help. I have tried everthing else.
