The issue in GetHuman-struini's own words
I ordered a new sim card for a new prepaid plan with verizon. My printed receipt shows my order number *********** and it also shows my new phone * ***-***-****. I then received an email asking me to verify my email and in the email it says that my phone * ends with ****? When I try to verify my email and put in the number that was assigned, it says it is not valid? I have called customer service (***) ***-**** and no one there can find my info. They give me the customer service number for the prepaid plans of (***) ***-**** but I cannot talk with someone because I don't have a valid phone * to enter. It just says sorry your having trouble and hangs up on me. Unless I know what number is assigned to me, it won't allow me to talk with someone.
GetHuman-struini did not yet indicate what Verizon Wireless Prepaid should do to make this right.
