The issue in GetHuman-amadler's own words
Last year there was a promotion that when you spent $**, you received $**. I called and was told there had been issues getting those out and to look for an email soon. Eventually an email came with a link to get my $**, but it wasn't functioning correctly. I tried later, and then again, then again later. I never received that $** promotion. I cannot remember now, a year later, if it was $** Petco credit or $** money, but I'd like to finally receive this. The reason I'm bringing it up again, so much further in time, is because I am writing about another issue, so I figured I'd include it (and cross my fingers for luck).**The other reason for this communication is regarding repeat delivery. I've added items to my repeat delivery order of dog food at least two times. The added items weren't sent either time. I wasn't charged, which is good, but I followed all steps it took to do this and it failed. The process is obviously flawed.**Annette Adler*Petco rewards member *********
