Pay attention how you pay for products. They pretty much give you an in store credit regardless if you’re less than ** days and have original receipt.

Get my refund in the original form of payment. I would of taken cash a credit back to PayPal or check mailed from Petco to me. ... I purchased an item through your online store pickup. I went to pay an PayPal was a method of payment. Picked it up took it home it was to big. So I brought the item back less than * weeks unused, in perfect condition clear back to the repackaging and tape job. The manager told me my only option was an instore credit. I asked if there was any other option I was told no company policy. Bekkie handed me an in store credit only and sent me out the door. I then called your customer service line and was told to turn around and she would talk to the manager. I was on the call and mostly hold for ** minutes. Only to be told that since Bekkie already did a credit there was nothing they could do. So now I have a **.** credit that’s completely worthless to me. ESPECIALLY AFTER THE WAY I WAS TREATED. Your receipt on the back clearly reads any refund within ** days with the receipt will be a full refund in the original form of payment.
First PayPal is one of the first options when purchasing something from Petco. So they should also make customers aware of their “way of doing refunds” when using PayPal. I used PayPal out of convenience, If I would of been made aware of their “sorry policy” I would of paid with my card. Which is LINKED TO MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT. *Second, after ** minutes and was told to drive back to the store. Mary who took my call from customer service, told me she could do the refund in the original form of payment. But since Bekkie the acting manager only gave me the one option and gave me an instore credit there was nothing they can do.
I just want my money back. It was an unused item and returned in less than * weeks. There shouldn’t be any questions. *Refund in the form of original payment
Yes, and I’d love to send an email to Petco as well but that’s not an option.
