The issue in GetHuman-lenrobad's own words
I booked for * nights at Bowery Grand Hotel from ** August. Upon arrival the Chinese male behind the desk wanted my credit card for breakage and I gave it. **Upon inspection of the room it wad dirty and not up to any civilized standard. The walls were dirty and the linen looked awful.**I immediately returned the key and made it clear that I would not stay and find alternative accomodation. I went and stayed with a friend. I contacted Hotwire per telephone and was informed that I will receive feedback. I have not received feedback.**On the same day Bowery Grand Hotel also charged my credit card for the * nights. I have now paid Hotwire and Bowery "Grand" Hotel for the * nights and did not stay there. A straight fraud!!! I cannot reverse the transaction because then my bank in South Africa will stop my card which I need in USA.**Please give me feedback.**Adv Lenro Jakobus Badenhors**** ********* whattsapp contact number
