We were charged $**.** for a room @ the Best Western in Lake Elsinore California...

We were charged $**.** for a room @ the Best Western in Lake Elsinore California *****. That we were not able to check into because the hotel itself would not allow us. We were told that they were completely booked, plus that the *nd guest who credit card was used to book the room, Zandra Gibson. Was on their "No Room List" due to an incident that happened a year ago. Where they allegedly found some sort of evidence of smoking being done in the room. Miss Gibson is disputing this but at the time of check in was completely unaware there was an issue. We were told by the hotel we wouldn't not be charged and money and the money would be returned. so after that we again rebooked a new hotel stay through your company. at the Holiday Inn in Lake Elsinore California ***** where we were able to reserve and book and stay in our room. we do not feel we should be charged the $**.** for the first hotel and would like to dispute that and have it returned to our account as soon as possible.. thank you very much*James Gonzales**** - *** - **** &*Zandra Gibson**** - *** - ****
