What documents do I need to bring for a vehicle registration?

Asked 6 months ago
To register your vehicle with the North Dakota Department of Transportation, you will need to bring several documents. Firstly, you must have a valid North Dakota driver's license or identification card. Additionally, the vehicle's title or Manufacturer's Certificate of Origin is required. If the vehicle was purchased from a dealership, a completed sales agreement is necessary. In case the vehicle was bought from an individual, a notarized bill of sale is mandatory. A current and valid insurance card must also be presented as proof of insurance. If the vehicle is leased, the lease agreement with the lessee's name and address is vital. Finally, payment for registration fees and any applicable taxes or fees must be made at the time of registration.
