To cancel a Netflix account that is billed through Virgin Media, you need to manage your subscription through Virgin Media's platform. Log in to your Virgin Media account, navigate to your subscriptions, and find the option to cancel Netflix. Follow the prompts to complete the cancellation process. Ensure that you also check for any confirmation emails regarding the cancellation for your records.

To change your email address on Netflix (UK), sign in to your account. Go to "Account" and select "Membership & Billing." There you can update your email address. If you cannot access your account because you no longer have access to the old email, you may need to reset your password to the associated email or use any available account recovery options.

To notify Netflix of a change in your payment card or update your phone number, you can go to the "Account" section on the Netflix website. From there, you can update your payment information under "Billing details" and adjust your phone number under "Account preferences".

To cancel your Netflix subscription in the UK, sign in to Netflix, go to the "Account" page, and select "Cancel Membership" under the "Membership & Billing" section. Follow the prompts to complete the cancellation.
