If you no longer have access to the phone number associated with your 2-step authentication for Ceridian Dayforce, you need to contact your organization's HR or IT department directly. They are the only ones that can reset your authentication details. Convey the situation and ask them to assist you to reset this verification. Unfortunately, due to security measures, these changes must be done at the organization level and cannot be accomplished by the user alone. Please remember to update your authentication phone number once you regain access to avoid future inconvenience.

To update your phone number in Ceridian Dayforce, follow these steps: 1. Log in to your Ceridian Dayforce account. 2. Click on your name or profile image, usually located at the top right corner. 3. Choose 'User Profile' or 'My Profile' from the drop-down menu. 4. In your profile, navigate to 'Contact Information', 'Personal Details', or a similarly labelled section. 5. You'll be able to edit your phone number in this section. Simply delete the old phone number and type in the new one. 6. Once you're finished, hit 'Save' or 'Update' to confirm the changes.
