You have 60 days from the purchase date to return shoes to Boscovs.com. Make sure they are in new, unused condition with the original packaging and tags.

Does your store do price matching
Boscov's does not have a formal price matching policy. However, we pride ourselves on offering competitive pricing and frequent sales. If you find a better price at another retailer, you can bring it to our attention, and we may be able to assist you further.

Did not receive credit card. I opened the account before Christmas and my card never arrived by mail.
We're sorry to hear that you have not received your Boscov's Credit Card yet. It typically takes approximately 7-10 business days to receive your card in the mail after approval. If it has been longer than this, please contact Boscov's Card Customer Service directly to report your card as not received. They can address the issue and can send you a replacement card if necessary. Keep in mind that even without a physical card, you can still shop with Boscov's using your account.
