In July, I received a message from a person on Facebook about buying a watch I was selling, who claimed to be in Israel. They attempted to trick me by making a fake western union money transfer, promising to share the routing number if I provided a USPS tracking number. Seeing through the scam, I alerted USPS to prevent the package from reaching the scammer. Despite assurances that the package wouldn't leave the country, it unfortunately reached the fraudster. USPS closed the case without resolution, stating they couldn't assist, even though international agents had suggested otherwise. I have been caught in a loop with USPS representatives, unable to get a clear answer or file a claim due to an error message about an existing article number on their website.

I was told my package was ready for pickup at the Post Office in Butler, Pennsylvania, [redacted]. After leaving work early yesterday to collect it, I was informed it was still with the carrier. I provided my details and said I would return today, 8-24-[redacted], at 4:30 pm EST to pick it up. I also asked to be contacted if any issues arose. Despite leaving work early again today and arriving at 4:30 pm EST as planned, I was told the package had been disposed of. I am extremely frustrated with this situation and deeply disappointed with the service I received. I updated my address two months ago, but USPS claims it's invalid. They cited this as the reason for discarding my package today. USPS's handling of this entire matter has been unacceptable. Their solution of advising me to contact the shipper is inadequate, as they disposed of my package within 24 hours of it being available for pickup, even after my attempts to collect it.

I sent a letter from the Auburn Gresham USPS on August 15, [redacted], using Priority Mail to Mr. Cooper Mortgage in Lewisville, Texas. Unfortunately, the company has not received the envelope and there has been no activity on it since it was dropped off at the post office. Despite being informed it would arrive by August 18th, there has been no progress as of August 28th. I have visited the post office twice to discuss this with a representative, but each time I was told that they were too busy to assist me with this issue.

I received a misleading message stating, "Delivery attempted, but front door or driveway was not accessible. Essex, MD." I am perplexed as my address is in [redacted], and the package was sent to the local post office in [redacted]. Subsequently, the package seems to be held up in Essex, [redacted]. Moreover, USPS falsely claimed a delivery attempt on Sunday, 8/27/23. This is untrue, as I was at home all day without any obstacles to delivery like a fence, gate, or aggressive dog.

I am struggling to retrieve a package that was intercepted due to being involved in a scam. Despite paying for delivery over a month and a half ago, the package has been continuously bouncing between different states. I recently found out that the package is in another city in a different state. Now, there is talk of having to pay again for it to be returned to me. This situation is testing my patience, and I urgently need someone to contact me as soon as possible.

I have ordered a package from China to Doral, Florida, USA using Global Express with tracking number LP[redacted][redacted]. The tracking information indicates that it was delivered on July 18th, [redacted]; however, I have not received it yet. The package was sent to a shipping forwarder (West Tech), who mentioned that USPS sometimes marks packages as delivered before the actual delivery. Despite previous delayed deliveries, this is the longest I've waited after the package was marked as delivered. USPS seems to be unreliable, and I plan to use UPS or FedEx in the future. I am currently unsure about the whereabouts of my package.

I've been eagerly waiting for a package from Italy. After contacting the sender, they provided the tracking number EB[redacted]86IT. To my surprise, the tracking information indicates that it's being shipped back to the sender. According to the details, it was not collected from the local post office and was returned. I never received any notification to pick it up. I'm quite disappointed. Is there a way to have the package redirected back to me?

Hello, I ordered and paid the tax fee for a jacket from the shop called CURSE (order number: CURSE9100) in June, and it reached France on August 31, [redacted]. I didn't receive any information about the delivery date from the company, even though it was supposed to be in the first class category. I provided my correct address in France, but I am disappointed that the delivery is delayed by one month. Her dismissive demeanor towards customer inquiries is troubling and does not align with the level of service expected. Consistently poor service like this reflects poorly on the reputation of the USPS, impacting customer trust. I urge USPS management to investigate and resolve these customer service deficiencies promptly. As a regular customer relying on USPS services, I hope for a positive and efficient experience at this location in the future.

I am currently experiencing ongoing issues with the delivery of my packages. Yesterday, my package was marked as not delivered due to lack of access to my location. Despite being home all day as the package required an adult signature, no attempt was made to deliver it. I was expecting a wheelchair ramp delivery on Wednesday, but instead, a form [redacted] was left in the mailbox stating it wouldn't fit. I rescheduled the delivery for the next day with bar code 5[redacted] 9[redacted], but it did not arrive, and tracking is unavailable. When attempting to modify the redelivery, I was informed it had expired and needed to create a new one. However, I encountered difficulties as I was told I couldn't due to an existing ticket. I am awaiting a package that was scheduled to arrive on 9/30/23. I received a notification stating that delivery was unsuccessful due to an "undeliverable" mailbox. I reside in an HOA community with a shared mailbox, and this problem has not occurred before. While my individual slot is empty, indicating the mail has been sorted, the keys to access packages are still present, but no mail carrier has cleared them or attempted to re-deliver the package for a few days. I am eager to receive my package but have been unsuccessful in contacting my local post office by phone.

I dropped off three packages at the Post Office located at [redacted] E. Alameda Pkwy [redacted] on September 30th and my customers have not received them. According to the USPS website tracking, it says: "A status update is not yet available for your package. It will be available when the shipper provides an update or the package is given to USPS. Check back soon." Yesterday, I visited the post office to ask them to look for the packages, but they refused. I kindly request someone at this Post Office to search for these packages. I just want to caution everyone to be vigilant and not click on unfamiliar links. It's essential to block such numbers and avoid any potential risks. I am addressing my concerns with the mail delivery to my residence. My bank statements from May to August did not reach me, and I suspect they were mistakenly delivered to two other houses in Pupukea/Haleiwa with similar addresses. The addresses in question are 59-[redacted] Alapio Road and 59-[redacted] Makana Road, whereas I reside at 59-[redacted] Akanoho Place. Our mail is handled by the Waialua post office, and often we receive mail intended for others, which I promptly return. Regrettably, not all neighbors exhibit the same diligence, as evidenced by a past delivery issue with a Great Courses package.
