Despite contacting Apple to cancel, I wish to retain the subscription for the year I intended. As a new member, I want to avoid being billed beyond what was initially intended. I have reached out to the company multiple times about this issue without any response. Eharmony failed to send me the purchase summary after I bought on 10/13. I only realized the $51 payment was made when I saw it on my credit card statement since I was unaware of the 3 remaining installments of $51 each. I had to personally cancel the auto-renewal because I was unaware of this payment plan and the need to cancel it. A lack of an email receipt and explanation of the payment terms caused me not to cancel immediately. It is concerning that Eharmony does not provide customers with a purchase confirmation. I will not pay the remaining installments as I have never made a purchase without a receipt. Eharmony previously faced legal action for charging customers without their consent for auto-renewals. This situation is similar, with important purchase information being withheld. I urge Eharmony to reconsider canceling the remaining payments due to their failure to provide essential purchase details. Their customer service should prioritize ensuring a positive experience for users. I hope Eharmony addresses this promptly.

I received an email in my work junk folder notifying me of a message on eHarmony. I promptly reached out to eHarmony after locating a contact number. Working long shifts leaves me little time to deal with such matters. I did not create the account nor authorize anyone to use my email for it. I request the account be canceled, and I do not wish to be badgered for money for an inaccessible account. Due to my stolen and compromised laptop, and subsequent identity theft issues, I must address this promptly. I have informed the ombudsman and the BBB, and will involve the media if necessary. A refund for the first month is optional, but I should not be liable for the remaining $[redacted]. I am unsure why this account was created since I am not heterosexual. A functional phone number or email contact for resolving this promptly is needed to prevent further stress on my health.

Despite portraying himself as a sympathetic figure, his true intentions involve soliciting explicit images from unsuspecting individuals. Greg V., a 41-year-old with children, operates deceitfully under multiple aliases and utilizes messaging apps to engage in concerning behavior. It is necessary to address and take action against such misconduct. If you encounter him using email addresses such as [redacted] or [redacted], exercise caution and avoid any exchanges that may compromise your safety.

I signed up for a membership using my email [redacted] I canceled it immediately and got a refund through Apple Card. I deleted that profile. Then I created a new profile with the email [redacted] and tried to get a membership, but it ended up associating with my Yahoo profile instead. I would like the membership to be linked to my AOL profile instead. Thank you.

I was surprised to see a charge of $[redacted] for a yearly membership that I did not authorize. I was under the impression that there was a monthly fee of $9+ to be deducted, not the full year upfront. I was charged $[redacted]+ for a 12-month subscription, but I actually wanted a 1-month subscription for $9+ to be charged monthly for 12 months. I would like a refund of the $[redacted]+ back to my bank account. If my account has not been deleted yet, I request that it be deleted. I have not been using my eHarmony account for months now and I would like to cancel it immediately. I experienced difficulty logging in and after finally resetting the password, I was overwhelmed with many unfamiliar security questions, even though I am a long-time user of the site. I signed up for eHarmony on November 20, [redacted], not realizing I would be charged $[redacted].95. The next day, I contacted my bank to cancel my debit card and dispute the charge. I have a mental illness and had difficulty following the instructions. Despite the bank initiating the dispute process, I was advised to follow up on my own. I signed up for a 6-month subscription on eharmony and even after adjusting my search preferences, I only found one match nearby whom I'm not interested in. I was expecting to see more singles within a [redacted]-mile radius, but there's hardly anyone to choose from. I'm extremely disappointed with the lack of options on the site and won't be recommending it to others. I urgently need a refund as I have important bills to pay and can't afford $30 a month for a service that's not meeting my expectations. Kindly process a full refund right away.

Greg often doesn't use a profile picture and has been spotted on Match and Meetville. He's known to have both genuine and fake accounts. Greg, a 41-year-old with kids aged 18 and 23, is a sex addict. He lurks on dating platforms, chat rooms, and video chat apps to exploit women by using various email addresses, texting apps, and burner numbers to solicit images from them. He manipulates individuals with false tales of his past relationships, portraying himself as a victim. Greg appears charming, sweet, and plays on sympathy before engaging in sexting. However, he deceives about his identity and age by sending fake pictures. His real name is Gregory Voss, he is based in Adamsville, Alabama, works at Big Number One Motor Sports in Homewood, and can be contacted at [redacted]. Some of his email addresses include [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted], as well as his Instagram account voss942. Let's take action against him.

A series of events unfolded involving my eHarmony account. Prior to enrolling, I requested a discount via letter, which was granted by eHarmony for 60% off. However, I am now unable to view women's pictures for selection purposes because eHarmony is requesting $[redacted], which is not what was agreed upon in our contract. It appears there was a mix-up with my email address, which eHarmony is responsible for. I am requesting a refund as I attempted to cancel my membership after only using the service for one month. During that time, I encountered a concerning situation where the person I was communicating with made me feel unsafe due to their behavior. This brought back memories of a past experience with another dating site where I discovered the person I was dating had a criminal history and ended up harassing me. My daughter, who I've been separated from her stepfather for a year now, signed me up for Eharmony using my credit card without my permission. She mistakenly listed me as divorced, but in reality, I am still married and planning to have my husband move back in soon. I am 67 years old, living on Social Security, and simply cannot afford the $85 charge. I understand my daughter's intention, but I cannot pay for a dating service while still legally married.

I've been using E Harmony for about a month now, but I'm struggling with navigating the website. Many profiles appear greyed out, making it difficult for me to engage with them. Can I delete incomplete profiles? Additionally, is there a way to remove profiles I'm not interested in or haven't heard from?
