I recently purchased a refurbished computer and I am having trouble accessing my Zoosk membership. The website indicates that I have 7 unread messages, but I cannot figure out how to view them. I am using Google Chrome with the internet provided by GVTC. I need assistance to log in to Zoosk and access my messages. Furthermore, I was shocked to see that Zoosk suggested a 91-year-old man as a potential match for me, and they used a particularly unflattering photo of mine alongside his profile. This feels like a severe breach of my privacy, and I am considering legal action.

On my iPad screen, I cannot see the location of the individuals who message me. I can view their age, a name identifier, and other profile details, but not their location. It results in wasted time responding to messages from people who are far away. I am not interested in long-distance connections and prefer to know the location upfront. It would be helpful if the location could be shown clearly and prominently, next to their age and identifier name. I have previously raised this concern over the phone with customer service. I previously stopped using Zoosk, but when I attempted to subscribe again with a new email and location, I encountered issues with the email address provided by the site. Despite inputting my new email, the site deemed it invalid, which prevented me from accessing my account. My old email account linked to the site is no longer functional for me, leading to difficulty resetting my password or accessing any account links. To clarify, my old email was [redacted] or [redacted], while my current email is [redacted] I have never had issues with this email before, and it is crucial for me to use it. I request clarification on why Zoosk deems my email invalid, as other services accept it without problems. I appreciate your swift response and consideration regarding this matter. I recently provided detailed information about my issue. I received feedback stating that I did not specify the solution I am seeking. Though I believe it's clear, I want to regain access to Zoosk. Unfortunately, I can't access my old email to receive a new password, hindering my ability to enter the system. Due to a notification about a new password sent to my old email, I am unable to proceed as that email is no longer in use. Hence, I am seeking assistance to update my email to my current one and set a new password through my gmail account, [redacted] I am unable to share my password for the old email as I can't access it, and my new email is not yet associated with any password. I am having trouble accessing my Zoosk account, and this is incredibly frustrating. On some days, I can log in without needing my username or password, while on others, I can't even find where to enter them. It's confusing and upsetting as I have successfully used this site seven years ago without any issues. The added frustration comes from the unexplained technical support charges and the loss of a significant amount of money due to Zoosk not taking responsibility for the problem. To make matters worse, being asked to pay $1.00 for a one-day membership when I am already a member is adding insult to injury.

I recently connected with someone on Zoosk. After exchanging phone numbers, I discovered he had a West Virginia number despite claiming to live in Pittsburgh. A week later, he deleted his account, making reporting difficult. His name is Gregg, a 60-year-old widower from Pittsburgh. He contacted me asking for gift cards, leading me to block him. I hope to prevent him from scamming others like he tried with me. I've been in contact with him for about a month and a half. If needed, I can provide his phone number. His only self-identification was through his Twitter account.

I am looking for women aged 55 to 70, and I had a list of about [redacted] profiles in that age group saved in my account. However, after blocking some profiles during my search, the system now shows no matches in that age range. Even when adjusting the search criteria, it only displays new profiles outside the desired age range. This is frustrating as I can see profiles in the specified age group using other features like Carousel and the mobile app, but I can't access the saved profiles on my computer.

I reached out to Zoost regarding potentially canceling my one-month membership in hopes of receiving a refund as I had been a member for less than a day. I specifically mentioned the "possibility of canceling" but the cancelation was done without a refund. After realizing the error, I attempted to reverse it, but was advised to select a new plan and make a payment again. This type of customer service is concerning. Currently, I have no intention of rejoining Zoost or recommending it to others. I kindly request that my one-month membership be reinstated at no additional cost or a refund be issued. Thank you.

When I first signed up for Zoosk, I used the email [redacted] but didn't purchase a subscription. Later, I decided to subscribe with my new email, [redacted], which is valid for another 3 months. I unsubscribed the old email, [redacted], but now when I try to log in with my current email, I receive an error message stating the page is not available. I would like to resolve this issue so I can continue using Zoosk with my current email, [redacted], for which I have a paid subscription. Thank you for your assistance.

I am requesting assistance with canceling my Zoosk account. Despite multiple attempts using my cell phone, I have been unsuccessful. I'm encountering significant issues with Zoosk support. Firstly, there is no direct way to contact Zoosk support, which is poorly designed. Another frustrating aspect is that on a cell phone, I am unable to message other members without sending a heart first, which seems unnecessary. Messaging someone should not imply affection, it's misleading. Additionally, the "Send" action for messages being at the top is inconvenient; it should always be at the bottom. Moreover, the balloons covering the "Read Her Story" section with options for gifts or sending a message are annoying, as there is no way to bypass them on a cell phone. A person's story should be easily accessible on their profile. Lastly, the placement of interests above the about section is unnecessary. These issues need to be addressed, but I doubt anyone will take action.

I got logged out of my Zoosk account on Friday due to suspected unauthorized access. Since then, I haven't been able to log in successfully. It's frustrating. The customer service line is supposed to be open 7 days a week, Mountain Standard Time, but no one has answered my calls since Friday. The voicemail needs to be updated to reflect this and IT support should be more available for paid customer concerns.

I would like to know what purpose it serves and how I can use it. I thought my question was clear in the description. I am reaching out regarding a charge of $59.99 that was made to my Discover card last month without my authorization. I cancelled my account in September last year because I am now in a committed relationship and no longer require the website's services. I urge you to promptly refund the $59.99 to my Discover card. I am frustrated with the customer service I received. I spent a long time on the phone trying to regain access to my locked account, but nothing was resolved. It's been a frustrating morning going through security measures to no avail. I do not wish to spend any more money on this matter. If it cannot be resolved, I would like a refund.

I recently fell victim to a scam where a con artist posed as a worker on an oil rig in the Gulf of Mexico. He claimed to have 28 years of experience and convinced me he was retiring after finishing his current contract. He even stole a contract from KRL Drilling in CA to add credibility to his story. The individual I'm referring to, who claimed to live in Arlington, Virginia, was adept at deception. To assist in tracking him down, I am cooperating with the authorities to potentially recover my funds and prevent him from scamming others. If anyone has information that could help locate this individual, your help would be greatly appreciated.
