I am writing to express a concern about my recent experience using the home selling app. Upon comparing the listing prices of my home to those of two neighboring minority families, I noticed significant discrepancies that deeply disturb me. Despite my property having the largest square footage, superior curb appeal, full upgrades, and an additional bedroom compared to other homes, it appears undervalued. This pattern seems to affect not just one, but at least three minority-owned homes in the neighborhood. I am troubled by the apparent underpricing of minority-owned homes and would appreciate an explanation from Zillow regarding this matter. I have documented evidence through screenshots and am keeping track of all relevant information. Please contact me to address these discrepancies at [redacted]. Thank you, Monica Nun~o.

The listed Zestimate of $1,[redacted]/month for [redacted] Buck Island Rd. in Charlottesville, VA seems undervalued for this beautifully renovated 4-bedroom home. With recent upgrades totaling $30,[redacted], it now stands as an ideal rental property ready for occupancy. Originally listed at $2,[redacted], the price has been reduced to $2,[redacted], generating interest from potential renters. I believe the Zestimate should be adjusted to $1,[redacted] to accurately reflect the home's value and facilitate a quicker rental process. Your assistance in updating the Zestimate would greatly benefit our rental efforts, eliminating any discouraging misconceptions. Please feel free to reach out to me, Donald J., at [redacted]. The property may be listed by my daughter, C. J., whose contact is [redacted]. Thank you.

Hello, I am the current homeowner of [redacted] Stoneleigh Rd., Knoxville, TN, [redacted]. I purchased this residence on January 15, [redacted] for $[redacted],[redacted]. The property’s features have changed, and it now comprises 5 bedrooms, 2 baths, and measures 2,[redacted] sq. ft. Unfortunately, the listing on Zillow displays outdated MLS data as the house is not for sale and lacks current MLS information. Despite my attempts to update the facts, the platform cites a third-party source and recommends contacting the agent. However, the agent has been unhelpful, and past MLS listings do not present accurate details. I kindly request your assistance in enabling me to assert full ownership of my property on Zillow and ensuring the house facts are correctly updated. Below are my contact details for your reference. Your prompt attention to resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your support. - Christopher Skelly.

My Zillow account "[redacted]" has been disabled, and I am unsure why. The account was last used in Nov. [redacted] after selling my winter home at [redacted] Capstan Drive, Placida, FL. The account was previously utilized to sell a home at [redacted] Nacoochee Trail, Flowery Branch, GA in May [redacted]. Despite no notification from Zillow regarding any misuse, I am unable to access my account to view details of my current home at [redacted] Spring Crest Road, Cleveland, GA. I have contacted them numerous times via email as instructed but have not received any response in 8 months. At 82 years old, I can't recall if I may have accidentally disabled the account online after the [redacted] sale. Regardless, I believe I have done nothing wrong and am seeking Zillow's assistance in enabling my account so I can list my current home accurately and move into assisted living. The incorrect presentation of property information on the map is hindering the process. Thank you for addressing this urgent issue.

My account, [redacted], seems to have been disabled, as per an error message I received. I have been using Zillow for years without any issues until now. I have sold two homes through Zillow in the past, one in May [redacted] and the latest in November [redacted] at [redacted] Capstan Drive, Placida, FL [redacted]. Currently, I am unable to access my account to sell my present home at [redacted] Spring Crest Road, Cleveland, GA [redacted]. Despite sending multiple emails to Zillow over eight months, I have not received any response or clarification about why my account is disabled. Considering my age of 82, I am unsure if I accidentally disabled my account online back in [redacted]. I have tried to locate a page to re-enable the account without success. Regardless of the reason, I kindly request that my account, [redacted], be reactivated so I can proceed with the sale of my home and transition into assisted living. Thank you for addressing this urgent issue.

I am new to Zillow and trying to list my home for sale at [redacted]-[redacted] Littleton Ave Unit 2D, Newark NJ [redacted]. After posting it, I went back to claim my home and wrote out details about the building like the unit number missing. It's been over 72 hours, and I haven't received a confirmation email. Now, I can't find my listing when I search, and I purchased unit 2D for $[redacted],[redacted].

I am looking to post a rental listing for Kerrville, TX on Zillow. I initially created an account using Facebook, but now I would like to switch to using Google. I am having trouble using the same email address on Google, as it says it is already in use. I simply want to delete my current account associated with Facebook on Zillow and start fresh with a new account using Google. My email is [redacted]

My husband and I listed our home on Zillow. My niece took the house photos and stored them in Dropbox. We faced issues uploading the photos, so I asked a friend for assistance. She added her name as required because she is a realtor. Once the photos were uploaded, we promptly removed her name and added my husband's name and phone number, Joe Constance at [redacted]. However, a day later, Zillow removed our listing stating we had used a Realtor. We only used her help temporarily for uploading as we were struggling for three days. Despite multiple emails, our listing has not been restored. Our address is 14 Everett Drive, Columbus, NJ [redacted].

Subject: Warning: Rental Scam Alert! I need to bring to your attention a recent rental scam situation involving a property listed on Zillow. My sister posted a property located at [redacted] Cross Street, Peru, IL, owned by Judy Knackstedt. A person named Rafe Murphy saw the listing on Marketplace and contacted a supposed representative named Alicia Bucknauld from Texas [redacted]. Following several interactions with Alicia and another unknown person, Rafe was asked to apply for the rental property. Subsequently, he was asked to pay a $55 application fee via Apple Pay or PayPal, leading to his suspicion and ultimately non-payment. Rafe discovered the legitimate listing on Trulia and contacted my sister about the scam. This incident highlights the need to improve safety measures for rental listings on Zillow. I am concerned about the well-being of others falling victim to similar scams. It is crucial to investigate and prevent such fraudulent activities in the future or at least issue warnings to potential renters. Please refer this matter to the appropriate department for further action. Best regards, Sandra K.

I co-own The Domes Nature Retreat in NM. In [redacted], we listed our property for around six months on your platform. However, we removed our listing due to market conditions. Now, we would like to relist our property. We have found that our previous listing appears as four separate listings with various incorrect details. One listing shows our satellite view but has an incorrect zip code, causing confusion with other properties. Some listings suggest we have sold or are listed at a misleading price. Another prompt states the property has been claimed, but I cannot access it due to the wrong zip code. Please ensure all references to The Domes Nature Retreat are removed from your site so we can accurately list our property with correct information.

Hello, I recently switched brokerages from Gold Peach Realty to my family brokerage, Virtual Properties Realty. I sold $3 million in homes last year in Georgia. My new company is part of the Zillow Flex program, and I have set up a Zillow account to receive leads from my team leader. I need assistance with displaying my listings from [redacted] and [redacted] that were with my previous brokerage. My new Zillow email is [redacted], replacing my former email [redacted] Can I also use [redacted] for Zillow, as I have used it the longest? Thank you for your help. Dora G. [redacted] [redacted]

I encountered an issue with my home addresses displaying on a real estate website. The incorrect address showed a Zestimate of $[redacted],[redacted], while the correct one, "[redacted] N Sage Rd," displayed the accurate Zestimate of $[redacted],[redacted]. Despite my attempts, I am unable to rectify this error promptly, and it affects potential buyers' perception due to the Zestimate disparity. Seeking advice on expediting this correction process without removing and re-adding the listing, which typically involves a three-day wait. I am eager to resolve this promptly as I am keen to sell the property quickly. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I have two different addresses for my property. I couldn't find the correct one - it should be [redacted] N Sage Rd, Price UT. I did find the other address, [redacted] N [redacted] West, Price UT, so I went ahead and listed it that way. Later, my friend found the other address without the North, so it showed [redacted] Sage Rd. The Zestimate on the [redacted] N [redacted] West address is only $[redacted],[redacted], but the Zestimate on the one I can't get to post is a lot higher. I tried again to list [redacted] Sage Rd a few days ago and actually got the phone call to verify the information. The system said it would show, so I assumed it worked because every other time I tried to add them, I never even got the phone call. I really just need to have one address, [redacted] N Sage Road, and have the correct Zestimate on it. I have called and put in several other requests, but I feel like people look at that Zestimate and then what we are asking for the house and think we are way off on the price. I have tried changing the address in my account, but none of the options to change the listing come up for me.

Hello, I listed my home but had to pull it from the market. I now need to relist it correctly on Zillow. There are three parcels with the house, but Zillow has divided two parcels separately with different prices, and the third parcel is missing. The three parcels should be sold together for $[redacted],[redacted]. I need help deleting the incorrect listings so I can re-enter the correct information. I've been trying to contact Zillow for a month and a half but haven't received help. My husband needs to retire, and we need to sell the home promptly. The property is located at [redacted] State Rd. [redacted] Avoca, WI [redacted]. Thank you, Janet Bohne.

I am experiencing a peculiar issue with managing our rental listing on Zillow. My spouse and I are unable to edit the listing, review applications, or view the property in my Zillow rental manager account. Even though I posted the listing legitimately, we urgently need access to the rental manager profile for this property. When I initially created this listing 6 days ago, I distinctly recalled using the email "[redacted]," but when I log in, I cannot locate my listed condo in the Zillow rental manager section. I found it strange that I didn't receive a confirmation email when I posted the listing. It is plausible that I might have used a different email to set up the rental listing. I have checked several Zillow Rental Manager accounts with these emails and confirmed that none of them were used to list my rental: - [redacted] - [redacted] - [redacted] - [redacted] It's conceivable that there was a mistake in the initial email input for this rental property. If it resembles any of the aforementioned 4 emails, that could be the root of the problem. Swift access to the listing is crucial because we are receiving leads (as per the 2 applications submitted) but are unable to respond to these potential tenants. Kindly inform me of any required information to verify our ownership of [redacted] SW 1st CT #[redacted], Miami FL [redacted] so we can promptly secure access to the property. Please feel free to reach out to me at [redacted]. Thank you.

The landlord at [redacted] South Gravenstein Hwy is advertising a 3-bedroom property, but the rooms in question are not bonus rooms as described. One of the rooms has no heat, despite promises to install it, and only a Walmart heater was provided. The doors inside are poorly maintained, being held with velcro instead of proper fixtures. The advertisement misleads potential tenants and fails to mention crucial issues like lack of heat and unstable door frames. Additionally, there is no proper ventilation for the stove, electrical wiring issues in one of the bedrooms, and a lack of closets. I am a disabled tenant who, along with my elderly husband, fell victim to this misleading advertisement. Please take down the listing to prevent others from being deceived. If needed, I can provide real pictures to reflect the actual condition of the property.

I recently placed a cash bid on a home listed at $[redacted],[redacted], offering $[redacted],[redacted] for the property located at [redacted] Timber Rd, Apollo, PA. A week ago, your estimated value was $[redacted],[redacted]. We were informed that our bid was being considered by the seller, only to later receive a call informing us that we were not chosen. I have been searching for a home for two years while out of state, which has been challenging. My concern is that the listing now shows the house as "under contract" with an estimated value of $[redacted],[redacted] and a sales estimate of $[redacted],[redacted] to $[redacted],[redacted]. This discrepancy raises suspicions about the sale process. I had a strong interest in this property and would have been willing to offer more if I knew the outcome. I feel compelled to bring this matter to the attention of the appropriate state board. I have documentation highlighting this issue, as the listing remained unchanged for four days before the seller ceased accepting bids.

Last year, we had a real estate agent who operated without a license and another agent who obtained leads from Zillow without informing us. We, Denise and Bruce Gorham, are concerned about the lack of transparency regarding our property listing. My husband, a 72-year-old disabled Vietnam veteran, was unknowingly taken advantage of due to his blindness and the unlicensed realtor's deception. The agents attempted to undervalue our renovated property located at [redacted] Ocean Street in Brant Rock, Marshfield, Massachusetts, [redacted] or [redacted]. We request the immediate removal of last year's listing on Zillow to facilitate the sale of our house. I can be contacted at +[redacted]0 or [redacted]. Your prompt attention to this matter is appreciated as it is affecting our property sale. Thank you.

I had my property listed on MLS San Diego, but I recently terminated my agent on 5/30/21 which led to the cancellation of the listing. However, Zillow is still displaying it which I'm fine with. I am wondering how I can update the "contact agent" email to my own without affecting the entire listing. I'm aware that the listing is currently sourced from MLS. Would it be possible to only modify the contact email on Zillow while keeping the rest of the listing intact?
