Hello. I initially signed up for a 5-day trial offer of YouTube TV. I canceled the free trial within the allotted period of time. However, this issue remains unresolved. After contacting my credit card company, they issued a refund, but you have since reversed this and charged me $54.04 again. Could you please refund this amount back to me? I intended to switch from Directv to YouTube TV. After entering my zip code [redacted], all the local stations from Madison, WI appeared, which was great. However, when trying to proceed, I was only given two options for local stations - La Crosse, WI, or Minneapolis, MN. Despite trying for two days, I couldn't change it. They did refund me $52.00, but that's not what I want. It's frustrating that even though we input the correct zip code, the options shown are incorrect. We're hoping a tech person can easily resolve this issue. Our Directv service ends on Feb. 16th, and I need to decide on Sling or Hulu if this isn't fixed. Both chat and phone support couldn't resolve it today. I've always received Madison, WI local channels in this area, and it's puzzling why they're not available to us now. Hello everyone on YouTube, I am a sincere video creator on YouTube with 46,[redacted] subscribers. For the past two years, I have consistently uploaded videos to my channel. I am trying to add another family member to my plan but I am facing difficulties. The system is not accepting the 4-digit security code for our American Express card, even though I am sure I have entered it correctly based on the physical card in my hand. I double-checked the card number listed on my account and confirmed it was correct since a payment was successfully processed two days ago. I am certain everything is entered accurately, so it seems like there might be a service issue on the platform's side. Only YouTube staff can resolve this problem. Due to my child's love for YouTube and watching it, he learned how to upload videos and created a channel, unknowingly including a picture of his schoolmate in a video. The matter was resolved between the children, and they reconciled, remaining classmates at school. However, two days ago, the classmate's family came across the video on YouTube, causing embarrassment for both them and us as we were unaware. They are a respected family, and we highly regard them both personally and in Jordan; hence, we do not accept any harm towards them. My child tried to delete the channel or video from YouTube but couldn't remember the email used to create the channel over a year ago. I signed up for a free trial of YouTube TV and completed the process quickly using my credit card. I attempted to cancel several times without success, finally managing to do so on February 15th before the billing date of February 16th. However, despite canceling, I was still charged $58.99 from my card on file. I am requesting a refund as your website states customers will not be billed if they cancel. When I checked my account, it appeared that the cancellation did not go through. I signed up for YouTube TV on February 2nd to watch the Super Bowl at home. The setup was quick, and I could watch any channel I wanted. Until this morning, I was able to successfully upload videos, but now every attempt fails. How can I proceed with uploading videos now? I observed some traffic on my channel last summer and about a month ago, but recently there has been a stark decrease in views. Could you confirm if my channel is still visible to others? I am currently facing an issue where my iPhone has been disabled due to excessive "other" storage usage. This has resulted in a loss of access to my applications and the ability to post content. I am struggling to cancel my YouTube TV membership. The app keeps leading me in circles, not allowing me to proceed with canceling or pausing my subscription. Even attempting to manage it through Google (Play) redirects me to the YouTube site. Removing my credit card information is impossible due to the "active" subscription. When I called customer service through Google, I was informed of an hour wait time. This situation is very frustrating for me.

I am frustrated with the way YouTube operates its music playback. The constant auto-pausing is incredibly annoying and interrupts my listening experience. I, along with many others, would greatly appreciate it if this feature could be disabled immediately. It is disrupting especially during long videos or music playlists. Why is this auto-pause function even in place? It serves no purpose other than to irritate viewers. Please remove this feature so we can enjoy uninterrupted hours of content on YouTube. I urge you to address this issue promptly and provide an explanation for its implementation in the first place.

I faced issues getting a signal to watch the Super Bowl in our RV, so my husband tried out the free trial of YouTube TV. I attempted to cancel it to avoid charges since we can't afford it; living in an RV with no stable income is tough. Unfortunately, I got billed two days ago, which was our RV insurance payment. I urgently need the refund as I canceled YouTube TV again. Our situation makes it challenging to afford such services, and we only used it for the football game during the trial. A video was posted without consent on a man's personal account when I was 14 years old, and now I am 29. The video shows me and a friend underaged, drunk, and dancing, with inappropriate comments in the background. It has been up for 7 years, and the content is embarrassing and vulgar. I never authorized its posting on YouTube. It is alarming that a 22-year-old man had posted such videos. I have asked for the videos to be removed, and after I mentioned contacting YouTube for privacy infringement, the man rushed to delete them. I urge for his account and any related accounts to be deleted from YouTube to prevent any more violations of privacy.

I watched Claw Kicker's YouTube live stream and was disappointed. The title promised a "Massive Electronic Giveaway" with multiple items, but only one item was actually given away at the end. This is not fair and feels like clickbait. I believe some form of compensation is necessary for wasting our time. YouTube should address this issue by warning Claw Kicker of the violation and possibly consider removing the channel or ensuring refunds for viewers who invested their time in the stream.

There was no option to change the language to the original voice, which is crucial for better comprehension. Translations can be confusing, especially when the length of linguistic units differs greatly from the original, such as with German and English. Limiting films to the language of the current location also reduces the potential viewership, as individuals like tourists, business travelers, or family members from other countries may not understand the language. I am curious why it is not possible to watch movies in their original language voice tracks.
