Since July *th I have been trying to get resolution on the validity of three $* KFC Gift CHECKS. These are checks not cards and have NO EXPIRATION DATE. No one responded to any of my emails or facebook messages and phone calls resulted in the same - will check and get back to you. No one ever did. Finally on Aug * "Ronnie" said we can't figure this out but as a courtesy we will mail you $** Gift Card. Sept **- no card yet so called again. Ronnie was "new" and shouldnt have told you that. why didnt someone let me know IF that was the case. Gave me the same email contact info I have already sent messages to. This is now unacceptable. I have contacted KFC at least ** times - * different ways - on this to receive no responses and * unfulfilled promise.
