I have over $[redacted] worth of merchandise that I ordered through Wish and twice they delivered them to an old address. I had informed them of my new address well in advance and requested the items to be delivered to a drop-off location for my convenience. Despite confirming delivery to the old address, they were only left on the porch. They have not been responsive to my emails requesting either a refund or replacement for the items. I feel they should take responsibility for fixing this issue as I have other merchandise still in transit. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you and have a blessed day!

Hello, I recently made a purchase on your website. However, when I reached the final page displaying the order details, payment method, and shipping/tax information, I encountered an issue. I wanted to update my credit card information to my new card number since my old one was compromised due to a previous hack. I searched thoroughly on your website but couldn't find a way to change the payment method. The absence of an option to update credit card details concerns me, as it may lead to my current card being declined and potentially delaying the delivery of my order. Hello, I wanted to inform you that my parcel, assigned to mail carrier number 6A[redacted]3, was marked as delivered in the mailbox, but I was at home in my neighborhood and did not receive it. I saw a mail carrier from the post office pass by, but no parcel was handed to me. I checked with my neighbors, and my name was not on any parcel in the vicinity. I called the postal service to investigate the whereabouts of my parcel. I stayed home all morning as I received an alert stating that the parcel was too large for the mailbox. Since I had an issue with an order of 4 ionizers that I didn't receive, I am unable to access customer service or my order history. It seems like this may be due to my persistent complaints. My order, which I paid for, was to include 4 ionizer units delivered by DHL, but they were never received. Attempts to resolve the issue with both your company and DHL have been unsuccessful, leaving me with two incorrect packages and no records to verify. It feels unfair that after paying for goods, I am left with no resolution and unable to view my account history. I hope there is a way to address this situation and ensure customers have access to their accounts despite raising concerns.

This morning, I browsed items on Wish using my cell phone. I did not intend to place any orders. However, later on my computer, I discovered approximately five items were ordered totaling nearly $[redacted]. I had previously paid for orders with a credit card, and it seems they used the same card. I am considering disputing this charge if confirmed as unauthorized. The order number they provided was 6134D5ee6D1A2FOEAB7A5658 under the name Gary Whelchel. According to them, the charge was applied to my Capital One credit card. Thank you.

I ordered a phone case for $12 but accidentally kept other items in the cart worth $[redacted]. When I contacted support to cancel, they said it was too late. Upon receiving the order, I found 19 pieces without an invoice to verify individual prices. Assuming $35 each, the total should be $[redacted], leaving a $[redacted] shortfall. Hello, I purchased a laptop last year but hardly used it. Recently, I encountered issues where it wouldn't turn on. As instructed by the seller, I sent it for after-sales service via the post office, costing around twenty-five euros. The seller mentioned a refund upon receiving the laptop. I received an email from the Spanish service center acknowledging the receipt. After a few days, I was informed that the laptop was repaired but needed a password to reset it. I promptly provided the password. However, it has been over a week, and my emails remain unanswered. The seller claimed the issue was resolved in our previous exchanges, but it is not. I encountered an issue with my last two orders, each containing about 5 or 6 items. During checkout with my debit Mastercard, I realized that my old address was listed as both the billing and mailing address due to not updating my bank with my new address. Consequently, my large orders are now set to be delivered to the old address. Most items have only been processed, not shipped, and the system does not allow me to modify the address or cancel and reorder. I urgently need assistance to change the delivery address to avoid my items being sent to the wrong location.

In the order photo, it clearly shows with a charger and battery at the justified price. Upon opening the package, I only find a basic box with no protection, charger, or battery. Can you please explain why this is the case? Could you send me the missing charger and battery, provide a prepaid return label, or offer a discount because the prices without the charger usually range from 20 to 30 euros? Thank you. I am looking for information regarding the delivery status of my KK Moon DVR surveillance box scheduled to arrive between September 21st and October 1st. I am concerned that the camera I received does not match what I ordered, and I want to ensure that the DVR surveillance box is on its way. If it is not, I would like a full refund for the incorrect camera. The surveillance box I purchased was supposed to include 1 outdoor camera and a 1080p DVR surveillance box for $39.99. I expect it to have features such as remote control via phone, cursor functionality, among other specifications.

Dear Wish.com, I placed an order for a Motorhead t-shirt and an ACDC face mask in July. The items were due to arrive by August 21, [redacted]. However, they did not arrive by September 2, and a refund was issued for both items. Surprisingly, I received the packages on September 8, [redacted], though they were very delayed. Hi, I recently placed an order on Wish for a mobile phone. Unfortunately, I realized I was logged in with my Facebook account, which is linked to an email I can't access. I mistakenly thought I was using my Gmail account. I have a different email address on my Gmail account, which I can access, and I would like to use that instead. The delivery time for the phone I ordered is longer than expected, and I would like to cancel the order for a refund. I would then like to reorder the phone using my Gmail account. Alternatively, if possible, I would appreciate it if the email on my Wish account could be changed to my Gmail account to ensure smooth delivery of the order. Thank you for your help. Best, Filip

I placed an order on September 14, [redacted], expecting the daily login bonus to apply as advertised on the Wish app. Despite logging in every day since discovering the website on September 9, [redacted], my login stamps disappeared on the 7th day. The message implied they would be added automatically at checkout, but I never saw it reflected in my order total. I ended up using a different promo code, feeling it was unfair to miss out after faithfully logging in daily. As a new user, I believe I should have received the 7-day login promo code. I hope to resolve this issue and also have another concern to address when this is sorted out.

I used the Wish app, and it didn't apply my 7 daily login stamps to my order as promised. Even when I tried to add items to my cart, there was no promotional discount applied. I used a smaller promo code instead. You can verify this information by checking my account history and profile. I expect to receive my reward for the stamps I earned. It's frustrating that I followed all the rules for the 7-day login promo and didn't receive it on my order from September 14, [redacted]. I'm disappointed and hope to resolve this issue promptly.

I love shopping on Wish and Shein! I've been browsing for winter clothes recently. One of the sites offered me free shipping while the other didn't, which frustrated me. I've spent a lot of time searching for a free shipping code without luck. I won't place a $[redacted]+ order on either site without free shipping. I need assistance to place my orders today. I don't know who to contact, and I have two carts waiting to be paid for. Please help me find the free shipping offer, as I can't recall which site had it. Thank you!

I recently purchased underwear organizers. However, I then discovered the same item in a different department being offered for free, only paying for shipping. When I added these items to my cart, they were not free but still cheaper than the ones I initially bought. I am seeking the best deal possible. It was frustrating to find a link to contact customer service, and last night I spent several hours adding items to my cart, only to realize they were missing when I tried to edit it. This almost made me cry as I spent nearly 3 hours on the website. I have shown loyalty with a large order placed last night and by trying to secure a good deal today. Dear Sir or Madam, I purchased 2 smartphones from your Wish platform on November 26, [redacted]. Unfortunately, the devices do not match the advertised specifications and have inherent defects. An assessment by a specialist workshop revealed several issues: one smartphone is not 5G capable, lacks an inner camera connection, and the inner components seem improperly glued and shake inside the housing. The second smartphone is unable to charge and cannot be repaired. Despite our attempts to address these issues, we have not received a satisfactory response from the customer service channel you provided. We kindly request your assistance in contacting the seller regarding these faulty items.
