I recently made a big purchase with several valuable items at higher prices. Unfortunately, there were also items in the order that were overpriced and are still being sold for less. The representative handling my order seemed to try to cheat me out of my winnings and hastily refunded the entire order without following their own guidelines. Their policy states that even if I hadn't won (which I did), I should have been consulted on how I wanted the refund processed. Due to their rushed actions, they missed some regular items and failed to involve me in the refund decision. This is significant as I used a prepaid card for the purchase, which won't accept the refund immediately (they claim it could take up to 14 days). Essentially, the company is engaging in fraudulent activity and taking a substantial amount of money from me. After reaching out through multiple support tickets and emails, the responses have been automated and dismissive, further aggravating the issue. I believe they should take responsibility for their mistake, adhere to their own policies, and fulfill the entire order promptly. At this point, I have lost faith in their integrity and feel like they are not handling the situation transparently. At the very least, they should reimburse me for all the money spent, possibly with an additional amount for the inconvenience caused by their error.

Unfortunately, only one item was delivered, and the remaining items were supposed to be picked up at a specific location. Wish was meant to provide me with an address and email confirmation upon their arrival, which never occurred. I have not received any information about collecting the items, and now they plan to partially refund me after deciding to return the order mistakenly. I find this unacceptable. I insist on receiving all my items promptly. Failure to do so will result in legal action, as this is not the first time I have been treated unfairly by Wish's customer service. I noticed an order on my debit card from Sept. 23. After canceling the order, I saw that the purchase amount was around ten dollars. However, Wish charged my account $[redacted] for shipping, which seems extremely high. I reached out to Wish support and was informed that the order was canceled, but it would take up to 14 days for the refund to reflect in my account. After waiting for the said period, I haven't received the refund yet. If the money is not returned to my account by 3:00 pm today, I plan to contact the Better Business Bureau and my lawyer to pursue legal action against the company for fraud. I am very frustrated by this situation and demand my money back promptly.

I am quite disappointed with your services. I ordered a ffdp shirt for my birthday back in August 4 and it's now October 8. Today, I finally received the item, only to discover it's not something I would ever wear. I find this quite upsetting and disrespectful. I would appreciate it if you could rectify this situation to prevent me from sharing how unprofessional your company has been. Kindly advise on how this can be resolved. Thank you.

I made a purchase of 50 items with shipping costs included. Two days later, I was informed that my order was not processed on time. This is frustrating as two of the items I bought were processed immediately, indicating that the delay was unnecessary. As a consumer, I believe in the fair trade practices set forth by consumer affairs laws in the U.S. It states that items must be sold at the advertised price and if purchased at that price, they should be delivered to the buyer. If an item is no longer available, it should be clearly indicated. Accepting payment for an item that is not available and not providing it to the consumer goes against these regulations. The process should be transparent from the start.

I need assistance with an order issue. My order number is 5f73b23bbef2e19df618e71d. The DHL Express tracking number is [redacted] (JD[redacted][redacted]2). The item was returned to the sender, and I was informed to wait until December 3rd for a delivery that will not happen due to the return. This previously occurred, and I saw the delivery date continually postponed while the item was marked as "returned to warehouse." I was then advised to wait five days past the delivery date to request a refund. I am frustrated with the runaround caused by language barriers, which seems deceptive and possibly fraudulent. I insist on a prompt refund for the undelivered item.

I am seeking assistance with a fraudulent purchase made on WISH. The name and address associated with the unauthorized transaction on my credit card need to be resolved. The individual involved is identified as Evhenyi Holoveshko. The issue occurred when a computer was ordered using my debit card for delivery to 27 Merry Lane, East Hanover, NJ. Similarly, another individual reported a similar incident on Nov 16, [redacted], involving the same address but a different name, leading to the purchase of a trimmer on their account. They highlighted their disappointment with WISH's handling of the situation and took the necessary steps by contacting their bank to cancel their card.

I submitted an order on August 29th with multiple items. However, I had to cancel the order soon after because I couldn't change the payment card. I was assured that the order was cancelled, and I would receive a full refund. Nevertheless, I'm puzzled as some items from that order are still arriving, this time on November 6th. On October 8th, I updated the shipping address and placed a new order for the items, scheduled to arrive by November 12th. Unfortunately, they are still being sent to the old address. However, there is still $[redacted].50 pending to be refunded to my bank account. I prefer the refund to be processed back to the original payment method. I encountered difficulties with your automated customer service, prompting me to return the items. I urge you to focus on providing better customer service. I recently updated my email on the Wish app, and since then, they are unable to track or provide me with any information about a recent large order I placed. Despite sending me pictures of the order, I did not receive any details or an order number. I placed an order for a laptop 4 months ago, but I have not received it yet. The delivery date keeps getting postponed, and the current date given is September 18th, but I still haven't received it. I want to understand the reason behind the delay and request for another laptop to be sent quickly via fast shipping. I have faced a similar situation before with a phone order, where it got canceled after waiting for months, and I don't want this to happen again. I urge the company to send me the laptop I ordered instead of canceling it. It has been 4 months, and I believe they should expedite the shipping process for me to finally receive it. I have had multiple purchases since then, but I eagerly await the laptop I ordered. Every time an email notifies me of my order ready for pickup, I head to the store, and my order is not there. This has happened around 4 to 5 times already. The store shared they are no longer doing business with Wish due to this issue. Several Wish customers, including myself, faced the same problem of receiving ready for pickup emails but finding no orders at the store. They are puzzled as to why these emails are sent without the orders being delivered. I hope this can be addressed to avoid customers being wrongly charged. Hello! I ordered a dermapen from Wish for $53.40, but I have not received the package despite the estimated delivery window given by Wish. I discovered from FedEx that they did not receive my apartment number from Wish, which is why I did not get the package. I have tried multiple times to contact Wish and explain the situation for them to start an investigation with FedEx, but I have not received a response. I even contacted FedEx, who mentioned that Wish needs to reach out to them. I am frustrated that Wish has not taken action to resolve this issue. If they cannot deliver my package, I would like a refund of $53.40. Thank you.

Hello, I'm Katie. I have placed several orders with your company. Unfortunately, the pandemic hit right when my items were due, causing delays. By the time I realized they were missing, it was past the refund period, which is frustrating. I hope you understand it was out of my control. I ordered these items six months ago, and I believe they might be lost in your system. I prefer a refund to my account over store credit as I enjoy shopping on your site but need the funds back. Frustrated, I demanded to speak with a person but faced continued automated messages leading to my account being blocked. I am experiencing issues with my order WI[redacted]53FPL. I bought it on October 1st, [redacted], with direct express shipping, but it was marked as "forbidden good" and canceled. It's a simple plastic handle foregrip that shouldn't be classified as prohibited. The tracking information is conflicting, stating that the package was returned to the warehouse but also mentioning it's still on its way. I am unsure about the status of my package or my refund.
