I am experiencing delivery issues with FedEx. Initially, they claimed my address was incorrect, despite it being accurate. After providing directions, following four texts and as many days, they stated they couldn't complete the delivery. After numerous calls and complaints, they falsely claimed the package was delivered at 10:12 today, which didn't happen. Upon contacting them, I realized it was delivered to the wrong address. They assured me the driver would retrieve it and opened an investigation. However, after searching my home and neighbors' properties, no package was found. The driver hasn't responded to retrieve the item. My order number is [redacted]2-[redacted].

Since the late 1960s, I've exclusively purchased Whirlpool appliances due to their American-made quality. I routinely buy their stoves and refrigerators for rental properties. Recently, I acquired a 30" stove with a flimsy lower drawer that was visibly warping. I had to resort to using the old drawer, as the new one had significantly lower sides and thin metal. This drastic decrease in quality is disappointing, as "Made in America" should signify durability, even with a slightly higher price tag. It seems the company prioritized penny-pinching over maintaining their product standards. I am curious about what steps Whirlpool plans to take to address this decline in quality.

In December [redacted], I needed a new refrigerator. I was determined to buy American-made, and after research, I discovered that Whirlpool fit the bill. I purchased model WRX735SDHZ00 and was completely satisfied with it until a week ago when the LED light in the top part of the refrigerator suddenly stopped working. The literature on the refrigerator states it should have a long life, but the replacement is over $[redacted]. I am disappointed that it failed in such a short time. I've always bought Whirlpool appliances and currently own a Whirlpool stove and washing machine. As a loyal customer, I hope the issue with the light can be resolved as the cost of replacing it is high for my budget. I have followed all troubleshooting steps in the manual to no avail. Please assist. Hopefully, M. Warner

Subject: Issues with Jenn Air Induction Range I want to bring to your attention my concerns regarding my Jenn Air Induction Range, a part of a set of appliances I purchased from Karl's Appliance back in February [redacted]. Ever since the installation, I have encountered various problems, particularly with the range. Despite being told by Karl's that I would love the induction range, I have faced multiple issues with it. The main issues include incessant beeping from the induction top, a dysfunctional self-cleaning feature in the oven, and intermittent problems with the broiler. A service visit to address the oven led to the technician suggesting an external cleaning spray, as the self-clean feature does not work as expected. As someone with physical limitations, relying on the self-cleaning functionality was important to me. The inconsistent performance of the broiler is also a recurring frustration. These ongoing issues have left me highly dissatisfied with the product, and I am disappointed with the overall experience. Thank you, M.S. I purchased a new Whirlpool refrigerator on 3-10-21, model WRS325SDHZ05. I filled out the warranty card over the phone with the serial number HRA[redacted]. The ice maker started having issues, so I contacted the warranty company. They directed me to Diamond Factory Service Co. in St. Louis, MO, but they don't service my zip code [redacted]. Despite contacting the warranty company three times, I couldn't get any service. The service company is only 5 miles away, so I'm unsure why I can't get support. I hope this isn't due to my location. I'm disappointed with Whirlpool's warranty service and may have to pay a private company for repairs on a new appliance only 7 days old. This doesn't seem fair. I plan to file a complaint with the BBB and explore other options. I would appreciate it if this feedback reaches the president of the company.

The factory warranty on my new Whirlpool is no good. I have been trying for over 10 days to contact someone, but no one answers the phone. I have been having an issue with my ice maker since 3-10-21. The lady at the warranty department provided me with a number for Diamond Factory Service, but they informed me they do not service my area in St. Louis, MO. I feel I am getting the run-around and placed on hold every time I call. I will be reaching out to the BBB. My name is Allen M., and the model number is WRS325SDHZ05 with a serial number HRA[redacted]. Please contact me at [redacted] or inform me of who services your product. Thank you.

I have been a long-time employee at your company and recently placed an order for appliances. Unfortunately, I encountered significant issues with your online system. It took 4 days to process my order, and even the delivery process was cumbersome. I received an email today falsely claiming my order was delivered 6 days ago when it had only been shipped. When I tried to track my order on your website, the system didn't recognize my order number, forcing me to call customer service for assistance. Additionally, I purchased a 3-year extended warranty for a washing machine I already own, but the email confirmation stated it was only for 1 year with AIG. These inconsistencies and inefficiencies have made the online ordering experience with your company a complete mess. As someone who has been a loyal customer, I believe these issues need to be addressed promptly by your corporate team. You can contact me through Mike Engel, a senior manager familiar with my previous employment, or feel free to reach out to me directly. Thank you. - Zoe Neff

I contacted a customer service representative, Joe, yesterday afternoon regarding chronic issues with our Kitchen Aid refrigerator, model KRFC704FPS03, purchased last year. After multiple unsuccessful repairs by Askew Appliance in Greensboro, GA, the fridge remains faulty. A new left side door was deemed necessary, but despite being on order for months, it has not been received. The icemaker is dysfunctional, and the refrigerator fails to maintain a cold temperature as indicated by inaccurate readings. An after-market thermometer recorded temperatures much higher than the displayed 38 degrees, leading to food spoilage concerns. Askew has attempted to fix the problems, with a new thermostat being the latest effort, but the ice-making issue persists. We urgently need a resolution to this ongoing ordeal.

1. I am writing to report an issue with the Kitchenaid Refrigerator, purchased from Home Depot on March 21, [redacted], for $[redacted]. The right-side front door sticks out at the bottom, causing loud rubbing noises. Despite contacting Home Depot and scheduling a repair with Whirlpool, the technician confirmed the door is warped, leading to continuous motor operation. Despite efforts to get a replacement, the motor has been consistently running for 21 days. Home Depot and Whirlpool have been unresponsive to the issue, leaving me frustrated. The order number is H8[redacted]49 from Auburn, CA Home Depot. 2. Received a call from Supervisor Jill at Home Depot, assuring a replacement from Whirlpool on April 24, [redacted], which comes as a relief. 3. The replacement refrigerator scheduled for delivery on April 24th arrived with a warped door, similar to the previous one causing continuous motor operation. Planning to contact Whirlpool's Trade Care Team to address this recurring issue and ensure the next unit is defect-free. Looking for assistance from Home Depot to prevent further complications. Thank you for your attention.

I own one of your microwaves, and sometimes when I use it, it sparks and flares up like a 4th of July firework. I'm concerned it might catch on fire. My daughter suggests removing the shelf, but it's inconvenient for me. Is this normal, or is there an issue with the appliance? Thanks for your assistance! - Phyllis :)

I submitted a repair claim for my washer back in early April. After speaking with Mindy on May 4 around 1:45 pm, I was assured I would receive a refund for the full amount I paid for the washer. Mindy contacted the Middleburg Home Depot to confirm the cost, which was $[redacted].14 according to my receipt. Mindy offered two options: a replacement washer in 6 to 8 weeks or a Home Depot store credit for the same amount. I opted for the store credit, but unfortunately, that did not happen. I ended up having to pay out of pocket due to the lack of communication and misinformation provided by your company.

Attention Jason, I am writing to share a positive experience I had with Melissa from your customer support team. We recently received a dishwasher that required installation. Although the ticket was closed without the installation being completed, Melissa was instrumental in helping us get everything sorted out. She was not only extremely helpful but also very professional and personable. Despite the issue not being fully resolved yet, I have confidence in Melissa and your team to address it effectively. I wanted to express my appreciation for Melissa's outstanding customer service. Her assistance and attitude were top-notch, making the process much smoother for us. It is employees like Melissa who make a significant difference in customer support. I look forward to buying more Whirlpool products in the future due to this positive experience. Thank you, Philip Z.

Our refrigerator, which is less than two years old, has been having issues alternating between not cooling the fridge section and completely unfreezing the freezer, or freezing the fridge and defrosting the freezer. Despite reaching out to Whirlpool customer service since April, the three repair visits have not resolved the problem. This ongoing issue is incredibly frustrating, especially with a family to feed three meals a day. Not being able to store groceries without them spoiling is disruptive and unacceptable. It's disheartening to see complaints about Whirlpool's customer service going back three years - with delays in scheduling repairs and limited service technicians in the area. As a customer in [redacted], dealing with a faulty appliance should not be the norm. The lack of a reliable refrigerator is posing a challenge in keeping fresh food for my family. I am seeking a resolution and accountability from Whirlpool to address this ongoing problem promptly.

On August 5th, [redacted], I purchased a Whirlpool washing machine under my wife's name, Shriya Lale (Nivedita More), with a 2-year product warranty and a 1-year extended warranty. Since [redacted], we have experienced technical issues with the machine. Despite raising five complaints at Croma Mulund and three online complaints, the problems persist. Mr. Siddesh Bandekar, the Whirlpool service coordinator, mentioned that encountering such issues with electronic parts is common after eight complaints. As our product warranty will expire in August [redacted], I am concerned about the lack of assistance received. Whirlpool has not sent a technician after multiple requests, and Mr. Siddesh Bandekar, reachable at 98[redacted]3, mentioned rejecting technician help three times. I can be reached at [redacted]/[redacted] - Shriya Amol Lale.

Last month, in May [redacted], I reached out to customer service about a range issue with the Whirlpool model # WFC150MOEB. I manage a property with 40 units equipped with these ranges. Lately, some burners have been overheating and not cooling down when adjusted. One burner wouldn't even turn off until the stove was unplugged, and another caught fire. Despite assurances of a replacement for all 40 stoves, no action has been taken, and my attempts to follow up have hit dead ends. Communicating with Whirlpool has been difficult, with long wait times and no solutions in sight. Numerous appliance issues at our 4-year-old property have caused inconvenience for our residents. The authorized repair service, Doug's Appliances, has been unable to keep up with the workload, leading to delays in repairs. I urgently need someone from the safety division to address the safety hazards posed by the malfunctioning ranges. I can be reached at [redacted] or via email. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you, Robin Sagendorph.

My name is Danny Shipp, and my wife Sandra and I bought a KitchenAid refrigerator from HH Gregg in Montgomery, Alabama in [redacted]. Unfortunately, it stopped cooling in mid-May. Dealing with repairs has been a hassle since HH Gregg went out of business. I tried working with KitchenAid Service, and it has been a terrible experience. The service tech has made multiple visits, including installing parts under warranty, only for the refrigerator to still not work. The technician even admitted fault for not checking the refrigerant level. Communication with KitchenAid Service has been frustrating, with my concerns not being resolved. After speaking with Kenosha and her supervisor Autumn, the customer service experience only worsened when Autumn abruptly ended the call. I'm extremely disappointed with the service and support provided by KitchenAid. I am eagerly awaiting a resolution to this ongoing issue.

We have had ABC Economy of Spokane come to repair our Whirlpool refrigerator-freezer (Model #: WRS325SD**0*) three times to fix the following issues with our freezer: 1) shortly after making ice, the water dispenser doesn't dispense water, 2) Also, after making ice, it often melts and the water drips on our frozen food and through the ice dispenser onto the floor, and 3) At times, the freezer unexpectedly defrosts, ruining some of our food. We would like to exchange this refrigerator freezer for a new one. We are very frustrated with these ongoing problems. How do we go about exchanging this faulty unit for a new replacement? Totally Frustrated, Joe & Lydia B.

My WTW 4955HW washer, still under warranty, is leaking oil from the motor transmission and splattering oil on belts and tub. Additionally, the tub is hitting the machine frame when it spins. I have been trying to arrange a repair but local service repair is saying they can't do it because it requires two service men, and they only have one per truck. This issue needs immediate attention as the machine is still under a one-year warranty and a three-year repair plan with Best Buy. I am frustrated with the lack of assistance from Whirlpool customer service. Can someone help me with this situation promptly, please?

I was on hold with the first call for 17 minutes today when the call dropped. I redialed after 18 minutes, and a lady from Colorado answered. She asked the routine identity questions and went through troubleshooting. I explained that a service call was completed on 8.2.21, where the technician mentioned I had put the filter in wrong. However, my husband and I have successfully changed the filter every six months since we got the fridge in October [redacted]. Despite following the instructions, we still had issues with the ice maker. During the call, I expressed my frustration with the level of customer service, and she seemed offended. She then transferred my call, and I was left on hold for an additional 30 minutes. The tone of her response and the wait time made me feel like she had the upper hand, which was unpleasant.

I bought a gas Whirlpool hot water heater from Lowe's which worked well for about 6 months. Unfortunately, it had a known defect that resulted in a steady water leak into our back bedroom floor. After discovering the leak, we contacted Lowe's who provided a customer service number for Whirlpool. They sent a replacement part at no cost, but the water damage to our flooring has been extensive. We had to remove the carpet, use industrial fans to dry the floor, and found significant dry rot in the floor boards and joists under the home. The damage extended beyond the bedroom to the hallway and living room. Only recently did we realize how serious the problem was as the floor started to feel soft. I believe Whirlpool should take responsibility for repairing the floor damage. Thank you for your help.
