I am reaching out regarding a survey I completed on 11/18/[redacted] regarding recent orders. After the survey, I was offered a product at just the shipping cost, so I accepted. The item, similar to a Fitbit, arrived on 11/23/[redacted] with a shipping cost of $6.85. However, my bank account was charged $49.21 on 11/25/[redacted]. When I called the company on 11/26/[redacted], they only offered a $30.00 refund due to me opening the box, though I was under the impression it was only $6.85. I tried to return the item, but they refused because the box was opened. I believe this entire situation was a scam, and I am disappointed. I have been a loyal customer for years, but after this experience, I will no longer support this company and will inform others of my negative experience.

I recently received a survey from Walmart and completed it. As a reward, I was offered a free gift, just needing to cover shipping and handling for $6.85. Hello, my name is Holden Barnes. I bought a $75 Walmart brand microwave earlier in [redacted] from the SuperCenter Walmart on Burkhard Road in Evansville, Indiana. The microwave, which I suspect to be an Equate brand, is rusting all over the inside, including the door. The paint is peeling off, making it unsafe to use due to concerns about rust getting into the food. When I tried to exchange it for a better one by paying the price difference, an employee at Walmart rudely refused. This treatment has made me decide to shop at local stores instead, even though I prefer Equate products for their quality. I purchased printer ink recently from Walmart. When I got home and opened the sealed box, the individual ink package was already open, which concerned me. When I tried using the ink, my computer showed it was empty immediately. I promptly returned to the store within 20 minutes with my receipt. The customer service I received was very rude, including the manager who did not listen to my issue. All I am seeking is the ink I paid for or credit since it was the last one available. I recently purchased a flocked pre-lit Christmas tree at Walmart in Maricopa, AZ, and unfortunately, the lights are very dim and barely noticeable. I reached out to Everstar, the company responsible for the tree's lighting, but the customer service experience was not pleasant. The representative I spoke with was rude and unhelpful, even hanging up on me multiple times. Despite my efforts to address the issue, I was met with unprofessionalism. I have an 89-year-old mother waiting to enjoy her tree, but I have been unable to resolve this matter with Everstar. If this is the standard of service provided by the company, I am considering alternatives. I placed an order for a printer that was priced at $28, but by the time my order was completed, the price had increased to $40. I have noticed misleading ads on Facebook claiming to sell Walmart's Transformer Four Wheel Mobility Scooter at unrealistically low prices. The first representative, Tevin, mentioned Walmart outsources shipping to The Market Place. He gave me an email and phone number, which did not work. The second representative, Freddie, said The Little Big Store contacted me, but I found no emails from them. The contact information provided by Freddie also did not work. Starting around the 22nd of November, I experienced numerous issues with my online account. I encountered rude agents, misinformation about solutions and billing, unauthorized order cancellations, abrupt disconnections, and interruptions during conversations. Despite a manager's promise of four $25.00 Walmart gift cards to make up for the problems, I never received them. Instead, I only received discounts for online orders, which require additional spending for pickup, making me hesitant to proceed. There was mention of a $37.00 refund on a gift card ending in [redacted] that did not reflect a balance when I tried to use it after a long drive to a store. This situation is frustrating, especially while dealing with arranging my late father's funeral and burial after his recent passing on the 15th of November. I am determined to see these issues resolved.

I encountered various issues with my recent grocery order that require attention: 1) Despite paying for in-home delivery, the groceries were left on the front porch blocking my access. 2) When trying to add a non-food item, it displayed as 0 count, replacing all food items in my shopping cart. 3) A 24-pack juice ordered for separate delivery on Friday did not arrive. 4) Notification of unavailable items triggering an adjustment to my bill is pending. 5) Some items were duplicated in my order due to technical glitches. 6) Customer service failed to relay my in-home delivery instructions to the driver, causing a delay and inconvenience as groceries were left unattended. Additionally, I have yet to receive a refund for the missing items and await the pending juice delivery.

I visited the store in Pampa, Texas, on Saturday the 4th. As a handicapped individual who relies on a walker, I was informed I could leave it near the greeter for safekeeping. Unfortunately, when I returned, my walker was missing. After reviewing the security footage, it was clear someone had taken it. Unable to move without it, my son had to purchase a new one for me. I chose not to involve the police as it was disheartening that someone would steal a walker. I've decided that I will not be leaving my walker unattended at the front of the store again.

I haven't received two packages. After Thanksgiving, I contacted Walmart's helpline as advised and was told to wait 48 hours. Following this suggestion, I patiently waited for the packages, but they did not arrive. Upon calling again, I was informed to wait another 48 hours for a Walmart vendor to contact me regarding my missing deliveries. Unfortunately, no one has reached out to me via call, text, or email. I am extremely dissatisfied with Walmart's handling of this situation. I am requesting a refund or for the packages to be promptly delivered.

Today, I received an alert from my bank regarding a $99.53 charge on Walmart.com in Bentonville. I did not make this transaction. I promptly contacted online customer service, who couldn't find any record of it. While discussing this on the phone, I observed another charge on the same day at 3:17 a.m. This is a new card as I was recently scammed out of $50 on Walmart.com. My bank only permits three disputes, and being on disability, I am doing my best to prepare for Christmas amidst the ongoing pandemic.

I recently bought a Daili Erkang Foldable Motorized Treadmill 3.5 HP, and my order number is #[redacted][redacted].
