Hello*I have been charged twice for a device I have never had. *I have had £**.** deducted from my bank account on each of the dates ******** and ******** for number: ***********. This shows as Vodafone Limited Device ********** on my bank statements.*I spoke to * different people at Vodafone in August. Person * assured me that the August deduction would show as a credit on my next bill (for number *********** which is the only contract I’ve had since switching to Vodafone in ****) This has not happened. Person * assured me that the device (The first number shown above) would be removed from my account. This has not happened either. *I am now owed £** by Vodafone and the device I’ve never owned still needs to be removed from my account.*I would like both of these issues remedied as soon as possible.*Thank you*Stella Hughes
