Vodaphone are charging me for a phone I do not possess.*Therefore they are charging me for services they are not providing.*I believe this constitutes a fraud, ie Obtaining money under false pretences.*My bill will remain outstanding until Vodaphone have re-imbersed me for the charges they have levied against me.
