Hello, several years ago I set an autopayment to my mother's (Tatiana saunina) number ending **** viaVirgin mobile account. Now she has a new phone with new number and operator but I still paid for her Virgin number and keep receiving payment confirmations. The last one was March **, ****. I don't reember her old number and a PIN to remove my card from autopayment. Please advice.
