July **, ******Virgin Mobile**Many months ago our Virgin phone quit working. I reported it to no avail. We got rid of the phone since it would not work. We had cancelled the account and that should have been the end.**Then you continued to bill our charge account. I tried and tried to get in touch with you to no avail. Capital One bank tried. No luck. So Capital One reversed the charges and thought that would get your attention - BUT NO. **Capital One put a stop on Virgin Mobile so these charges would not continue. They have continued For months. I am very old and sick and this constant harrassment is not what I need right now. I was told that you could not stop billing me because you did not have the phone number. Just pick any number of any Virgin Mobile phone we ever had. We have NO Virgin Mobile phone any more.**If you can not close this account without the phone number how can you find the information to keep billing us? **Sylvia Moul (or Keith Moul)**** Fogarty Avene*Port Angeles WA *******We do not have and never will have any Virgin Mobile phones. CANCEL ANY we ever had. **Capital One Spark Business card. In despair after the last billing we did not only put a stop on this account - we closed it completely. Please would you do the same. (I did not want to stop using it but Capital One -who was very good and helpful- both are sick and tired of this.
